Updates

I had Honor Band auditions on Saturday and I find out the results later today!! GOTR starts today and I am super excited!!! PS. I am pretty sure nobody reads these but whatever... 😜

ALL STATE!!!!!

I got into All State band!! I am playing in a feeder concert tomorrow night! And i cant even believe I'm almost already in Jr high! like WHAT?!?!

Life?

Life is good. I have amazing friends, great leaders, smart teachers, and good examples around me. Thank you to everyone who has made me who i am today.

Updates!

Today was my first official day of wearing glasses! I started my second semester of band and honor band tryouts are coming up fast! I am going to have a lot of things going on this semester! GOTR (Girls on the run),  reading BofM daily, obviously band, and school (of course)! I have accepted a challenge from my ward church leaders to read a designated section of the "True to the Faith" manual every day. I still cant believe it seems like 2015 just flew by! Goodbye for now!

It's 2016!!

Well its 2016 and a lot of things happened in 2015. My sister and I hosted a " Carter Kids Camp" to save up money for an extra day at a theme park on vacation. I started 6th grade at Hale elementary but then switched back to Franklin. I am participating in an online webinar version of MA10 for math and its been crazy! I turned 12 years old in September and I am now going to YW and mutual. I love it!! Life is good. Finally, winter break came and we were so ready!! And that meant it was OK to stay in your pajamas all day!! Christmas came and it was excellent! Over all this time, we have been remodeling our kitchen and it is almost done now!!We hosted Christmas eve dinner and my grandparents (mom's side) stayed at our house during the week of Christmas. This past Christmas season i have been focusing on how music can invite the spirit into any situation. As i was thinking about that during Christmas, it helped me focus more on the Lord. I had a great break and New Years and now its the Sunday before we go back to school! Yikes! I hope to blog more this year! Goodbye!!

Stuff

Sorry I have not been posting in a while ,but this is what has been going on lately . Thanksgiving : my whole family (on my mom's side) went to Safford and we had to have thanksgiving / grandpa b-day at the church (nobody's house was big enough),but we had fun anyway!Christmas:as we waited for grandma and grandpa to come ,we were DYING to open our presents .After we finished opening presents ,we had a yummy breakfast and opened MORE presents at grandma and grandpa 's house.The rest of the things that happened until now were not very important . Party time!

I had a super-duper fun 10th birthday party! We got our nails painted ,ate cupcakes,opened presents, and decorated flip-flops!I hope you had as much fun as I did on September 28th!On October 2nd was my older sister`s birthday (Happy 12th birthday Allison!)and that was crazy ,we woke up at 5:00 in the morning (orchestra)and it was picture day ,so get out the curling iron!
